Maestro Artesanal Purchase and Return policy

 

Right of Return: In consideration with the terms and conditions of delivery provided, and in compliance with the regulatory standards that are applicable, the process of returning products may be carried out taking into account the following return policies defined by the Company and protected by current regulations:

 

a) Return request must be notified to MAESTRO ARTESANAL, within five (5) days following receipt of the product. To request a return, the customer must contact the customer service line number (+57) 3103834953, or by email info@maestroartesanal.com

 

b) Product must be returned, unopened and with original labels and packaging in which they were delivered.

 

c) Customer must return the product via the same means and conditions in which it was received. Transport costs and other costs to return the goods entailed will be covered by the client.

 

d) In the event of a valid return in accordance with these return policies, therefore, use of right of return is made, MAESTRO ARTESANAL must refund the purchase price that the customer has paid for the returned product, within the fifteen days following receipt of the product or cancellation of the contract. However, refund process for the amount paid may take up to 30 calendar days from the moment the client exercised the right of return, since, in the case of payment by credit card, the financial institution may take longer. in applying the refund to your account.

 

If it is found that despite client has been duly informed of the requirements for right of return, MAESTRO ARTESANAL finds that the product was not returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered, or that it has been damaged by an act or omission attributable of the client, MAESTRO ARTESANAL, will be empowered to refrain from recognizing the right of return requested by the client.

- Disclaimer: MAESTRO ARTESANAL, will be exonerated from any responsibility of damage or variation that the product may incur due to an event or circumstance caused by force majeure or fortuitous event, that there have been an improper use of the product by the customer, ignoring the labeling instructions regarding the use and care of the product, or that the actions of a third party may have caused damage to the product.

- Return Policy:  Purchased product may be returned to MAESTRO ARTESANAL , made through our online store by notifying MAESTRO ARTESANAL within five (5) days after date of receipt of package for exchange reasons or 10 days for quality reasons. To request a return or exchange, the customer must contact the customer service line number +57 3103834953, or by email info@maestroartesanal.com.co

 

If the reason for the return is quality, you can choose to exchange the product, the refund of the money or a balance in points to use towards your next purchase.

If the return is made outside this time period or the item has been used, damaged or is not sent in its original packaging, MAESTRO ARTESANAL will not be able to accept the return and will not be able to refund the payment.

It is important to note that when a return is made, all products within the same order are considered for return. In the event a request for a second return of the same order is made, MAESTRO ARTESANAL reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.
 


- Exchange Policy: Products purchased online can be exchanged by contacting the customer service line at +57 3103834953, or by email info@maestroartesanal.com.co within a period of less than five days (5 days) for products after the purchase is made, presenting the purchase invoice.

      To make an exchange, the following must be taken into account:

         - Exchanges will be made for the value at which they were acquired.

         - The possibility of exchange is subject to the availability of inventory.

         - Products must be sealed, without any openings.

 

- Damaged or defective products: For MAESTRO ARTESANAL,'s clients,  the quality of our product is one of the decisive factors making a purchase. For this reason, our efforts are focused in offering products of the highest quality, ensuring the loyalty of our customers.

 

In case of receiving damaged or defective product: MAESTRO ARTESANAL's quality control department must review it to identify the reason for the return and the damage caused to the product, if it is found that if it is due to manufacturing defect,  the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded. But, if it is found that the damage of returned product is due to lack of care or misuse or due to an act generated by force majeure or fortuitous event, MAESTRO ARTESANAL, will refrain from reimbursing what was initially paid for the product, and will return the product acquired in the same conditions received to be reviewed for quality.

 

MAESTRO ARTESANAL refrains from reimbursing the money paid for the products purchased in the following events:

If the products have been purchased through any distribution and / or marketing channel other than our virtual store www.maestroartesanal.com.

 

If the products are damaged due to misuse or neglect (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
